Abstract :
This paper proposes synthesis method of output networks of wide-band parametric frequency multipliers. Using bipolar transistors as a nonlinear element of PFM allows obtaining a high conversion gain. Using the Y-matrix of collector junction a relatively simple synthesis procedure based on utilizing low-pass prototype filters is obtained. The procedure proposed makes possible to obtain an optimal structure of PFM output matching network.
