Abstract :
In mobile Ad Hoc networks (MANET), many existing clustering algorithms have the defect that there is vulnerable interfere with malicious nodes due to the lack of investigation into subjective trust. We present a subjective trust estimation model, including that indicators are represented with intuitionistic fuzzy sets and subjective trust are measured with intuitionistic fuzzy similarity. Hence, a clustering algorithm based on subjective trust in MANET with intuitionistic fuzzy sets (CAST) is proposed. The application results prove that the clustering algorithm is adaptive to mobile Ad Hoc networks and especially it can compensate for the defect exist in other clustering algorithms. Simulation results show that CAST has fewer communication costs and better safety than other clustering algorithms.
