  • Abstract
    Accessing information during a call without having to open up a web browser in a phone is not only easier but also efficient in time-constraint situations. To achieve this, we have implemented an Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) for SIP-based phones. Telecommunication services plays a vital role in exchange of information. Although this system is limited to SIP-based phones, we propose a general IVRS that can be implemented for a regular network operator.
