Abstract
Registering electrocardiogram in three orthogonal leads is useful for heart pathology´s specific diagnostics, especially under continuous monitoring. As the number of leads (and electrodes as well) influences the patient´s comfort and whole examination, it should be reduced. But the fullest information is contained only in whole eight standard leads. So, it´s very likely to recover standard leads form three orthogonal leads. This work describes a recovering algorithm that was developed, and it´s validity estimation.
