Abstract :
The creation problem of optoelectronic sensor, working on amplitude-range principle is considered. It must to answer requirements to probability of false operation per passive aerosol noise. It is suggested to apply compact nanosecond pump oscillator of injection laser with impact avalanche diode. The experimental investigations results of sensor prototype distance characteristic curves are presented.
