Abstract :
In the future a shortage of fuels is to be expected. The keynote address discusses a decentralized energy installation that can be created by grouping externally fired micro-turbines linked to a stationary fluidized-bed combustion chamber, which corresponds to specified requirements. Issues in implementing the system are highlighted. The group of externally fired micro-turbine and stationary fluidized-bed combustion obtains a good electrical yield.
