Abstract :
As cross business in the supply chain is on the increase, supplier involvement in new product development is becoming increasingly general. The selection of supplier which involved in new product development becomes one of the keys of the development management. Facing the irrationality in factors of supplier selection, the main factors of supplier selection in cooperation development is discussed start from the motivation of cooperation development between manufacturer and supplier. The gray relevant decision-making for supplier selection is raised based on that. A decision-making tool is provided to select optimal supplier involved in new product development.
