Abstract :
Lifting wavelet and wavelet neural network are proposed in this paper. Lifting wavelet is employed to eliminate the noise of MEMS firstly, then wavelet neural network is introduced to modeling and compensate the random drift. The simulation results show that the proposed methods can effectively eliminate the noise and compensate the MEMS´s random drift.
