Abstract :
A novel special vehicle gun control system was developed, and some performances were enhanced due to a kind of boost power supply. The boost power supply which transferred 26VDC into 270VDC worked in the hard-switching condition. Thus it would incur severe EMI and low efficiency. In order to meliorate the special vehicle´s EMI and further improve the power supply´s efficiency, a ZCT push-pull forward soft-switching boost power supply is designed and developed. Some key parameters are chosen and calculated. Experimental waves and efficiency curves are obtained. Experiments show that the ZCT push-pull forward boost power supply can significantly reduce EMI and improve efficiency.
