Abstract
This paper describes the first project at Phetchburi Rajabhat University, Thailand to use Six Sigma DMAIC and SIPOC to improve and control the quality of their graduates. The paper also reports on an information system designed to fulfill the needs of all users, ensuring that process changes identified in this project were successfully implemented and well accepted. The way in which this system encourages students, faculty, staff, and administrators within the School to practice the new, improved processes as automatically as possible is discussed. The initial results from this project, which are very positive, are described.
