Talents will become a key to decide future growth.The Innovative Talents is especially important. Colleges and Universities must foster and educate high qualified talents with innovation ability. These can meet the needs of the development of the knowledge economy. The paper puts forward practice model of training creative college students from various angles, obtained some significant result. In order to cultivate creative college students adapt to development of society, the institutes should break through the tie of traditional system, establish correct encouraging system, create an environment and platform for innovation and reform education the traditional teaching method.
