Abstract :
Aiming at variable speed hydraulic compositive test stand, this paper designed the test-control system based on Microcontroller Unit (MCU), determined hardware composition of the test-control system and connection circuit of every part. The test-control system can accomplish multi-channel signal acquisition, keyboard input and realtime display of measured parameter. With the D/A output channel, it can realize open or closed loop control on variable speed hydraulic system. Also, it has USB communication module, can communicate with PC. The test-control system offers effective study platform for further research on variable speed hydraulic system.
