Abstract :
Detailed coverage and capacity planning is of great importance when planning and designing a wideband code division multiple access (WCDMA) system. Using simulation software developed for educational purposes, we have calculated WCDMA FDD network basic coverage and the dependence on cell loading and on the service used. We present the results obtained.
