Abstract
The paper presents an empirical information integration principle in the human brain. It was induced from many psychological findings related to information integration. The parallel representation of information was classified into three types: multiple representation, multidimensional representation and multi-modal representation. It was found that the three integration principles: exclusivity principle, principle of superposition and the criteriotic principle, work for those three types of representation respectively.
