Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In order to fulfill the Web virtual laboratory communication to support different kinds of information, communication modes and data transmission modes; to ensure the communication security, reliability and immediacy; to ensure load balancing and reasonable task scheduling among application servers, this paper abstracted Web virtual laboratory´s communication and scheduling management functions, as well as designed implemented DCOM-based communication middleware to solve data transmission and load balance problems in the Web virtual laboratory system.
