Abstract :
This paper discusses the fitting model of Micronaire value which is the key in identifying fiber´s maturity level. Furthermore, based on the model, this paper will provide the Microvalue test a new instrument´s design, solution of hardware and flow chart of software. The instrument has an automatic function in calculating and classifying the mean of Microaire value which can be used in cotton purchasing.
