The coal mine shaft welling up water volume the geological condition, the mining way and so on many factor influences, is presented for the misalignment nature. The traditional coal mine drainage system uses the sunk basin to decide the water monitor drainage system to open stops, the drainage system work in the optimum efficiency region, has not opened stops frequently, the draining water efficiency is not high. Uses the fuzzy control, selects the double input list output control method, may according to the sunk basin water level and the sunk basin water level rate of change decided that the drainage system opens stops with the flow capacity size, causes the drainage system throughout in the high efficiency sector movement, saves the energy.
