  • Abstract
    For carbon nanotubes(CNTs) device, the key is how to assemble CNTs film on micro-structures. Dielectrophoresis was used to direct CNTs and form CNTs film between one electric pair. Electric capacity coupling could used to form patterned electric field. The patterned electric field can fabricate CNTs films on some micro space electric once a time. The directed effect using electric capacity coupling depend on the space and the number of electric pairs. The technology combining dielectrophoresis and electric capacity coupling could used to fabricate a large number of devices on a single chip.
