Abstract :
The paper discusses the evolution of complex reuse artefacts. Reuse artefacts do not simply `emerge´, but evolve. We propose a `re-engineering for reuse´ (R2) paradigm, and retrospectively describe two separate industrial reuse projects that provide support for this paradigm
