Abstract :
The paper describes the hardware and software implementation of combustible gas detection and alarm equiped STC12C5410AD microcontroller and catalytic combustion sensor. The select catalytic combustion sensor and design of high-precision differential amplifier circuit can meet the requirements of industrial and mining for combustible gas detection at room temperature. The measurement accuracy can be further improved by using software to execute piecewise linearization.
