Abstract :
This paper profiles of electric vehicles which have the requirements for multi-shifting and investigates on non-clutch shift control strategy of synchronization. Taking permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) for the control object, based on three closed-loop control methods which are rotor flux oriented current, speed and control loop of ahead angle .With current and speed PI regulator modifying the motor speed and torque accurately, the main and driven gear of the transmission synchronized and engaged fast. Under different conditions on the shift motor synchronous control simulation results show that: The electric vehicle control strategy to achieve shifting without the clutch has a good feasibility.
