The research of embedded database of mass storage technology

Compared with the normal database, the embedded database has some distinct features, such as small volume, necessary functions, portability, and robustness and so on. This paper analyses the Berkeley DB. Embedded database Berkeley DB used in network performance manage system, resolving the problem of storage system in NPMS, improving the speed of storing and retrieving of the system, ameliorating the whole performance of the system.
