Abstract :
The customer satisfaction degree represents enterprise value, also a fundamental of enterprise in their development. As a evaluation index which used to measure competition power and quality situation of the product, more and more enterprise pay great attention to the customer satisfaction degree. But the indexes of customer satisfaction is hard to be measured or defined by usual method. In this paper, we introduce fuzzy set to the evaluation model to establish a new fuzzy support vector machine(FSVM) to enhance the classify accuracy, compared with BP neural network and CSVM get a better effort.
