Abstract
This paper is based on characteristic of urban transportation in Wuhan compiles a soft which uses the component of MapX and secondarily develops in object-oriented software VC and realizes urban traffic flow´s guidance system and simulation in Wuhan using the method of multi-path with limited traffic flow
