  • Abstract
    A comparison of several architectures of low voltage CMOS current mirrors is presented. The comparison includes: input impedance, output impedance, gain accuracy, frequency response and input and output voltage requirements. Simulations and experimental results of test chips prototypes are shown that are in good agreement with theoretical predictions.
