Abstract :
Information about parameters of equivalent circuit such important unit of the power engineering systems (PES) as transmission lines (TL) is required for: evaluation complexes, diagnostic process of electrical equipment, adaptive management of unit etc. The designing of adaptive object model is realized on a base of the information about regime and circuital parameters - parameters of an equivalent circuit (PEC), which can be determined on a base of a value of electric regime parameters (ERP). The adaptive model of an elements PES gives the information, which is identical condition of the object at any time. It is reached by continuous calculation and conservation following ERP and PEC in the database.
