Management information systems and optimizing the state-owned enterprise top manager teams

With the market competition becoming stronger and stronger, it is more important to build the top managers teams in our state-owned enterprises. Discussing the optimization mechanism of the top manager teams in our state-owned enterprises not only has momentous current significance but also has far-reaching theoretical significance. This paper had put out that it was critical and difficult to build the top managers teams in our state-owned enterprises. It also analyzed the problems in building the top managers teams in our state-owned enterprises with the aspects of its structure and its running. At the fourth part of this paper, how to optimize the building of the top managers teams in our state-owned enterprises with the help of management information system was discussed.
