Abstract :
As we know, how to make materials arrangements of transporting is a very important work in construction. Firstly, builds different structural transfer functions and evaluates its parameters, introduces the Mason formula in the process of construction. Secondly, studies on an example, using Mason Formula calculates the probability, time and funds´ expectations realizing scheme of logistics distribution. Lastly, researches on the prospect of the Mason theory of construction network stream. It is helpful to prevent risk and make right decision when get the three parameters in network stream.
