Abstract :
To increase the intelligent reconfiguration capability of manufacturing control system, a novel concept of knowledge function block is proposed, and an integrated framework for intelligently reconfigurable manufacturing control system based on knowledge function block is constructed. Then, service-oriented control software architecture based on Web services is presented. Besides, the system is designed by means of Unified Modeling Language (UML). Specially, a prototype system verifies the validity of knowledge function block standard, MMS protocol and Web services middleware in the design of intelligently reconfigurable manufacturing control system.
