Abstract
The stability of the fuel burning in the boiler determine the safety , reliable and effective operation of the boiler, and therefore real-time detection of flame in the furnace , derived the temperature from the radiation wavelength, through computer systems to achieve application logic judgment , achieve real - time monitoring and real-time processing. It is great significant for the boiler´s normal work. In this paper, we research the whole furnace flame, the application of CCD camera as a tool, the use of TI company´s Da Vinci platform as a data processing module, to detect the furnace flame detection. The article describes the composition of the CCD flame detector, after analysis the burring characteristics of flame in the furnace, introduced the Da Vinci board image processing and how to extract the furnace temperature, and finally real-time will visualize the process of logical judgment, and ultimately realize the whole furnace flame detection.
