Abstract :
This paper introduces the historical development and application prospect of model-free control theory. Model-free control is a non-classical method, which has replaced the traditional design of PID and controller pattern. Through unity of modeling and feedback control, the controller can be put into operation directly, but the controller design, process identification and quantity knowledge are operated by human beings. We do not need to readjust the specification of controller although it has great changes on dynamic characteristics of process.
