Abstract :
Aiming at especial instance of UV curing for high-speed revolving object, more application of UV LED is studied, and a new scheme to fan-shaped array with high-power UV LED is proposed. The gradual radiant incidence and uniform radiant dose along radius are received by this array. The result of optical simulation with Tracepro shows that fan-shaped array may meet design need and technical problem on uneven curing for high-speed revolving object is resolved. The research is meaningful for more wide application of UV LED.
