Abstract
With a series of strengths that mobile ad-hoc network can be built rapidly and easily, this type of network is expected to fulfil the need of military communication and emergency case in salvage. Most existing clustering algorithms only consider some single factor, which will affect network performances, thus they have very limited application scenarios. In this paper, a novel core-control distributed clustering protocol considering various factors which can improve network performance to some extent and has more extensibility. Simulations and related analyses show that this protocol has a good extensibility and provides some QoS guarantee in application
