  • Abstract
In the intelligent transport systems telecommunication (ITST), effective business dispatching is important to improve the business processing efficiency and balances the workload of business processing terminals (BPTs), when several business processing terminals cooperate to process mass multi-types communication businesses. In this paper a multi-business dispatching model is put forward, which is based on the PID (proportional+integral+differential) theory. The model integrates multiple parameters (operating time, difficulty, proficiency, etc) weigh when assigning business to BPTs. In the practice, using this model can enhance the business processing efficiency of ITST data center. So using the traditional control theory to modern information and communication system is the outstanding characteristic of this paper
