  • Abstract
    Magnetic field evaluation of side-by-side packed ultra thickness linear actuators is very important. When using Matlab to get numerical calculations to the results which get by the method of the theoretical calculation, the INL of the calculation results is large. In order to solve this problem, an effective method is put forward.
