Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

In order to solve the short-life, frequent failures and orther defects of existing general fluorescent lamp ballasts, which is being used in Urban roadside billboards, the paper developed a kind of high-frequency DC/AC converter for driving multiple lamps focused to reduce EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference), reduce costs and improve power factor.
