Abstract :
-This paper describes using POLS (production plan, output-line analysis and lot tracing system) for tracking production-progress and controlling delivery to reach customer satisfaction in PSC FAB8A. AT first we investigate problem issue and then introduce the structure and the algorithm of this system. In the end, it has been approved that this system improves delivery rate index (CLIP-confirm line index performance) by 35% and reduced time cost of the progress-control conspicuously.
