Abstract :
In this paper, the study of millimeter-wave frequency synthesizer over the world is overviewed in detail. The recent achievements obtained in 60 GHz frequency synthesizer development are reported. Some kinds of 60 GHz frequency synthesizer schemes are analyzed mainly on its advantages and drawbacks. The suggestions to develop millimeter synthesizer are also given in the paper
