An intelligent information service system using learning method

Intelligent information services as newly published books information have been carried out on the World Wide Web (WWW). In this study, an intelligent service system of books information are developed by applying the changing multiple convergence algorithm, which is based on the inductive learning method. The method developed can deal with the user´s changing interests. To overcome the slow learning of this method, a pre-learning processing is introduced
