Abstract :
For maintaining the required illumination level of town streets and roads one needs periodically and efficiently control the situation. For this purpose portable instrument developed at the department of organization of traffic movement and motor car transportation of East-Kazakhstan State Technical University after D. Serikov may be used. As a sensor of illumination the photo cell possessing small dimensions and weight is used. It transforms illumination value to electric signal which is glowing on digital indication board of the instrument that significantly simplifies its electrical diagram and the cost of manufacturing.
