Abstract :
Rubber mixture processing into articles on worm machines is labour consuming. Therefore in order to satisfy qualitative RTA indices it is essential to obtain minimal power consumption. Optimization of processing rubber mixtures into articles on worm machines by power consumption is one of optimization criteria is topical and of much current interest. Optimization problem may be divided into two ones: optimization of engineering process relevant to rubber mixture processing on single-worm machines at the given geometrical parameters channel threading of the worm; and optimization of geometrical parameters of worm threading at the stage of design. Originally the problem of optimization of processing polymer materials of thermoplast type on single-worm machines was being solved and later it was solved for rubber mixtures.
