Abstract :
Development of highly effective quick-acting multiple inputs of machine arithmetic digital electric drives is one of topical problems. A great amount of works in this field (Rabiner L., Gold B., Sholomov L.A.) confirm constant interest to the problem. Adder- subtractors used in digital devices determine the rate of fulfilling mathematical operations. Binary system of notations used in well known devices in so doing.
