Evaluation of University Resource Maintenance in Process of High Education Quality Management

The research is devoted to methodical approach that promotes effect quality management of education. When we say about of quality management system, we´d say not only about results quality, but also processes quality. The needed quality level of modern high education in the first place depends on investment processes to university objects. We can suppose that the main investment result will be the change of resource maintenance indicator for some university specialties (and consequently for its chairs, faculties and departments). This thesis is the basis point in choice of investment object. In this case for investment aims will be chosen only the objects, were the fact resource maintenance level is less than its normative meaning, so far as the normative level of some resource outlay depends on social needed costs for labour reproduction.
