  • Abstract
The increase of power efficiency is one of the basic tasks of Russia at the present stage of development. This is caused in particular by it is the country with unprecedentedly cold climate. Most of a thermal energy of the country is spent for heating buildings, first of all, inhabited assignment. More than 64 % by all developed in the country thermal energy is spent for heating only inhabited and public buildings. In view of heating industrial and transport purpose buildings this share will be even higher. It won´t be an exaggeration to tell, that maintenance of heat in inhabited premises - one of the main national Russian problems. Therefore increase of energy- efficient of already available habitation and introduction of energy-efficient technologies to new constructions is a basic task on a way of the decision of this problem.
