            Abstract :
This paper discusses a one-quarter mechatronics course designed for undergraduate mechanical engineers. Details of the content and structure of the course are examined along with the rationale behind the design of the course and choice of content. The paper will be most useful to those seeking successful examples of content, organization and design of mechatronics courses that they may draw upon in designing and implementing their own courses
