Abstract :
This paper perfects the simulation model of mass collaborative product development. A new structure of simulation model was presented, and the model considering the participants\´ learning effect in this paper, which improve the model\´s reliability. Structure and modeling steps of the simulation were studied, and the model performance under the two different situation "participants learning effect"and "none-participants learning effect"was compared. The results indicate that the new simulation model can simulate the mass collaborative product development, and provide a new way to study participants\´ learning effect on mass collaborative product development simulation.
