The rapid development of network technology and wider application provides strong support for education and teaching innovation. This paper analyzes the characteristic and the present situation of student self-learning, discusses the existent problem and the design principle of self-learning environment under network environment, and designs a student´s self-learning model, greatly improve student´s self-learning ability. The model has a certain application value.
