            Abstract :
In the "11th Five-Year" period, China has made significant achievements in the field of energy saving and emission reduction, having basically realized the planned goals. Air quality in major cities presents the trend of gradual improvement, coal-burning type pollution has been gradually eased, but the problem of compound pollution is increasingly serious. In the face of many new features and new problems of air pollution, establishment of regional joint prevention and control mechanism, implementation of total amount control of nitrogen oxides, and carrying out total coal consumption control and improving air quality evaluation system and other new ideas and new measures will be applied in air pollution control work during "12th Five-Year" period.
