Abstract :
This paper studies basic dynamics in a pulse-coupled network (PCN) of chaotic spiking oscillators. The PCN exhibits grouping phenomena characterized by partial chaos synchronous phenomena. Typical phenomena can be verified in the laboratory. Such partial synchronous phenomena are concerned deeply with the classification function. We also discuss the possibility of information processing applications using our PCN.
