Abstract :
This paper discussed the design of automatic measuring system in wood drying kiln using DSP as a MCU. Meanwhile, in order to improve detection accuracy of the drying kiln´s parameters, we analyzed and selected the sensor for the detection, and proposed ways to improve the detection accuracy. Experimental results show that the system is stable, high accuracy, and reliable in real-time data acquisition. The accuracy of temperature measurement is ± 0.5°C. The accuracy of equilibrium moisture content and wood moisture content is± 3%.
